Texas United is Thrilled to Welcome Mexican International, Diego Letyaf

Texas United is excited to have former Tigres and Mexican international Diego Letayf to join the team for the 2023 season Diego is a midfielder currently playing at Georgetown University. In his first season of NCAA Soccer, Diego Started 19 of 20 games and played significant minutes in every game. He helped the Hoyas to the Big East Championship final where they fell to Creighton.

During his club playing career, born in Monterey, Mexico, Diego played for Tigres’ youth team up to the U-23 squad. Diego also played in the FC Dallas Academy, playing for North Texas SC in USL League one. He also went to Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas.
