Message regarding our Head Coach

Texas United would like to announce that Coach Arez Ardalani will not be returning for the 2023 season. Coach Ardalani has informed us that he is exploring several other opportunities and is excited to tackle the next chapter in his professional coaching career. While we are sad to part ways, we wish him all the best and are grateful for his commitment and dedication to the team over the last 5 seasons.

Coach Ardalani has a stellar Texas United record and finished 2022 undefeated.

Accomplishments as Head Coach and Technical Director 2018-2022:

– USL 2 Mid-South Division Champions: 2022 (first time in club history)

– Only second coach to win it undefeated in the division’s 20 year history

– USL 2 National Playoffs: 2021, 2022 (first time in club history)

– 2021 MLS Draft: 4 alumni drafted (first time in club history)

– Ranked 12th out of 113 clubs in 2022 (first top 25 ranking in club history)

– 6 Pro Alumni

The team will announce 2023 plans in the next few weeks. We have several new and exciting developments happening. We look forward to the 2023 season and all our loyal and faithful fans returning to cheer on the team.
